opn-max from pre-built images

This has already been announced in the opnode forum but, for any xAP
user not following our discussions and maybe interested in building an
opn-max controller:
Now opn-max can be installed using pre-built images. This means that
opn-max can be built in a few steps, much less prone to errors than before,
as there is no on-line installation now. This procedure can be followed
only for 4GB pendrives by the moment. For USB drives with different
capacities, there is still the traditional (manual/on-line) installation
method.
