xAP speech non english characters?

Hi.
I am trying to use xAPspeech as a distributed speech system together with

ousebot... and it creates some issues...

first is there any manual/documentation available to the mi4 xAP speech
app=
lication?

i get it to work with the xAP speech schema and its nice but i get
problems=
with swedish characters like =E5=E4=F6=C5=C4=D6.. the voice i have install=
ed is swedish and speak out the swedish characters fine thru the
controlpan=
el speech function but is not capable of these characters thru xAP speech.
the message is created using the xAP viewer and looks like this
