Hi,
I've put a copy at http://www.mi4.biz/files/testing/ntsvc.ocx
. For
info it is a standard MS library for running apps as services.
also
there is
http://www.mi4.biz/files/blue/xapbluewidcommdll.zip
if you are using a widcomm based radio ( put it in system32). You
only need this if your radio doesn't get detected
