XAP Ethernet relay

Hi Guys,
I currenty have a xap netiom runing with floorplan. I have located
this in a secure and waterproof box in the green house as i have it
controlling 8 valves for the watering system and will soon be
operating the Green house fan to cool it down in the hot days.
I have therfore already use 9 of the 16 outputs.
I now want to control the bolier and hotwater system. So need somthing
simular to the netiom.
Before a go and get a second one is theere anything simuar that is xap
enabled. All i am looking for is relay outputs for which the netiom is
a bit of an overkill.
