If you use the COM port redirector can you actually see the TOM10 -
ignoring the xAP conduit fttb ?

You'll have to expand on where HoneyCottage fits into this - is it
remote to the new Shuttle which I think is where you are running the xAP
conduit ?.

Or perhaps you are using redirector over the internet to the TOM10 and
running the xAP conduit locally in which case I can't see where the
Shuttle under the PC comes in ?

xAP will not route over the internet unless you use xRouter - from mi4.
