Launcher feature request

The doorbell image popup in Launcher works most of the time now :-) I was

ust wondering if there's a way to somehow cache the messages/images.
e.g. If I'm away from the PC and doorbell goes but I can't answer the door

- would be nice to see the snapshot that was displayed. Could also be good

for other displayed messages.
I guess what I'm asking for is a convenient message history feature from
La=
uncher. Is this possible to implement at all?
