Hi,

HSEvent is a signal made by HomeSeer to notify the plugin that a device,
outside of the plugin, has updated. Could you let me know  what device
[38 is  and what kind of data does it store, ie. on/off, dim, text etc.
Other than the device not being reflected onto xAP it should cause you
too many problems though.
