xAP LCD Switch

I've now added the code to handle 4 input switches to the xAP LCD
Ethernet display/switch and updated the webpage information:
http://www.honeycottage.mm-wave.com/xaplcd.htm

The inputs can be on/off, ramped operation (for dimmers) or
momentary(toggle).

If anyone would like a copy of the pre-release hex file, let me know.
