This sounds like a xAP Variable is a bit wrong. Could you look in the
raw xAP tab of the config pages and see if there is an odd one listed.
If there isn't one could you send me your settings.txt file off list and
I'll have a look.

no idea there. All I can think of is the browser mis-downloaded an
image, so I'm guessing it was ie then ;-)
