Could there be a mismatch with vb6 service pack levels? In sp6 there
were a few ocx updates and if the exe was compiled against the latest,
running with earlier ocxs might cause this. Other than that, what does
it load up in form load? tree views, tray icon, adodb/dao are the only
thing i can remember being picky about dll versions.
