Well remembered Mary....    I have recompiled this (without any changes
or errors flagging) and it runs fine - I don't know whether this is
because of the W2K/ XP issues or poss something to do with the OCX. I
will email you my compiled exe, and that may work for others. Is anyone
else seeing the problem at launch on XP ???  This is almost a reference
XP install at the moment so I would have expected it to be OK.
