So, in my current situation using 3x incoming analogue lines and connecting
to two analogue phones and a fax, I'd need 3x SPA-3000? - This also looks
like it'd be cheaper than buying the relevant TDM400's with FXS and FXO
ports (2 cards yes?).

I could also utilise my (currently unused) Home Highway digital number
(obviously with the limit of 2x incoming/outgoing calls at any one time).

I just spoke to BT and the difference in costs between home highway and
business highway is massive + call rates significantly more - for not a lot
of extra benefit! So I'll stay with home highway I think.

Already got the PC (that cheap dell server) waiting to be installed :)
