Heya Edward,

I've just been fixing the FTP module in my WebPackager tool so that I
can automate updates of this to the xFx site. The FTP code I'd
downloaded broke, again, so rather than bodge up somebody else's work,
I just replaced it with another superior assembly that I found, which
works great, yay!

Anyway, I notice that your X10 plugin throws an exception if the .XML
file isn't in the same directory beside the .DLL. Seems like it's
probably the class CTOR that's hurling the big one as it's when I'm
attempting to instantiate an instance of your class.
