Heartbeat CRC checksum?

Hi all

Apologies to those on both xAP lists........

Does the heartbeat message have the ---- before the <ETX> when
transmitted on the serial line? This would represent the CRC digits
that have not been calculated (as they are optional). Whilst testing
last night I saw I have it some times not others and I wondered if
there was an agreed yes or no for it.
