What would cause internet on one device to stop working?

Hi all,

Two posts in two days it's like the good old days on the list!!

Hoping some of the clever people on this group can help me out with a
little advice.

We have Sky fibre broadband with Sky hub, sky q silver box, sky q mini and
a sky repeater giving wifi coverage around our house.

We have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks with different names.

Wifi coverage is generally good.

Issue we have is that pretty regularly (maybe once or twice a day across
multiple devices) internet access will stop.

We might be browsing the web or using an app but it just stops and doesn't
load.

Wifi signal is full at this point and we are typically not moving at the
time it happens.

Waiting 'may' resolve things but its many minutes before it does.

Turning wifi off and on again resolves things.

At the time of the issue the internet is working fine on other devices. It
'generally' only affects one device at a time.

Result at the moment is i'm spending more time on 4G than wifi because its
driving me mad.

Issue has been noticed on iphones and ipads. Not noticed it on macbooks but
then we don't do a huge amount of browsing on those.

Sky support whilst generally good to deal with haven't been able to suggest
a cause.

Hub has been swapped out.

All devices are dhcp so far, I can reserve IP addresses if we think that
will make a difference.

Opinions, thoughts etc hugely appreciated. There's beer tokens for anyone
that suggests the cause/the cure for me!!

Cheers all

Noel
