<p>I'd really recommend looking a PC based solution to this, and of
the controller software I use Fhem (www.fhem.de). This supports a very wide
range of controllers and devices and you can pretty much mix and match what
you want with appropriate wireless
interfaces.</p><div><br></div><div>I'm using
mine with a CUL device for MAX heating, a ZWave stick with fibaro modules
for lighting and Sonoff switches (which are cheap and can be reflashed) for
simple AC
switching.</div><div><br></div><div>Z wave is
really nice but the modules are quite expensive - but for switch replacment
etc you can't beat
them.</div><div><br></div><div>Fhem takes a
bit of getting used to but it's incredibly flexible and really good for
interoperating between different device
