I'm not sure which inverters he has, but I can ask and see. AFAIK he's
not
had any issues.

Thanks for the info, interestingly from what I've seen so far going with
microinverters brings a cost overhead of ~10%
I've got potential shading issues from a dormer window, and am also looking
at a two aspect install.
My initial concern has been from previous reports about microinverters
overheating etc.
Do you know what system your friend has ?
