I get a good 78Mb out of mine, the cabinet is about 2 minutes walk down
the road.
As others have said, it's just a face plate swap and a small modem to be
installed, you can connect out of the back of this into your structured
cabling and then away you go.
Should be done in 30 minutes (less if you don't make the installer a mug
of tea!)
