Phil,

Having a dig around myself, I can't see anything obviously wrong - your
CMTS has been pretty happy for the past few weeks, with one exception for
customers on a different cable - though I'm not paid to do this kinda
diagnostics, so probably missed a red flag...

I really think you should call it in ASAP, as it may something that can be
quickly/easily fixed, and it might not be power/SNR.

Bandwidths that low are a real problem - that's not any form for throttling
- everyone at VM would want to sort that out pronto, even if the issue is
with 'your side' (wireless or dodgy cat5).

If you don't fancy a phone call, just re-post to http://community.virginmedia.com/
 and hopefully a CSR will pick it up, run some tests and get back to you
while you're busy doing something else.

If you don't get any joy, post here and I'll stick my nose in :-)
