RE: Touchscreen laptop that runs XP (but doesn't need a stylus)
Hi Andy,
Have you considered looking at a Panel PC for this?

That is just one place to start.

Subject: [ukha_d] Touchscreen laptop that runs XP (but doesn't need a
stylus)
Not strictly Ha related but...
We've got home grown touch screen scanning, weighing, label printing
stations in our warehouse - hardware consists of a PC with touchscreen,
barcode scanner, scales and label printer
I'm trying to condense this down into a set of kit my directors can take to
the US to demo but I'm running into problems trying to replace the PC and
touchscreen.
The drivers for the scanner only work reliably on Windows XP but I can't
seem to find a decent touchscreen laptop that runs XP (must work with
fingers rather than stylus)
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Andy
