No idea - it's not mine so I didn't look at the model number but he
basically bought it because his TV didn't decode Dolby Digital / DTS on

and just wanted to get some audio cheaply - seems a good little bit of kit
though. :-)

I told Murdoch where to poke his subscription this week and picked up a
nic=

Samsung freesat box, which has prompted a wee bit of a refresh in the ole
A=
V
setup.

My old receiver is starting to show it's age, doesn't have any HDMI and is
very restricted on sp/dif inputs.

I settled on the Onkyo as being basically everything I fancy without too
much junk for a pretty darn good price... always good to hear proper
"for
real" feedback though..
