Do U really need 40 Amp??

Has anyone seen such a thing? Ideally with three screw terminals on the
'input' side, three on the 'output', a connector for the control lines and
a place to mount the relay. I have a bunch of them looking similar to this:

But no idea how I should wire them up to mains!
