Are the 'KeyStone' Modular patch systems standard?

Hi List,

I'm looking to put together a patch panel that will be loaded with Cat5e
and f-type coax connectors. Have been looking at using a modular 'keystone'
system but was wondering if they were a standard fitting across
manufacturers?

For Example
I was looking at an unloaded panel http://bit.ly/aSDLPD
and modules like http://bit.ly/dbWJis

I cant find out if the size of the panel cut outs are a standard size or if
the clip methods are compatible.

Thanks
Wayne.
