RE: Help to 'sell' me CBUS

Remarkable how great minds think alike... (or is it "Fools seldom
differ"???)

I use the Saturn labelled keycaps, and a standard layout that coincides
with
what everyone else has described... ie. Top-left=main room light,
bottom-right=all off in that room, and thereafter as logical layout as I
can
contrive. For example in the kitchen, top-left=the ceiling lights, I also
have the usual under-cupboard lights on the wall units, well those are
"under" the ceiling lights, so on the Saturn, the switch for
those is
immediately under the main lights button... and so it goes on...

No-one so far has been unable to understand how to turn things on &
off....

Also, I used to get asked about labelling switches and "How do you
know what
each switch does?"...

...my view on it is that you don't have labels on "normal" light
switches
and if you need labels on C-Bus switches then you've made it too
complicated. I generally do "Top Left gets you some lights on in a
room" and
"Bottom Right turns everything off in a room" and anything else
is just
window dressing.
