Its Plex Media Manager - still part of Plex.

Disagree completely. The existing library has always been part of the
10ft interface up until now - and has been the thing that confused
most people to setup and manage. This is so much better in use. Now
you can work away on your library machine without effecting people
watching in other zones. And all changes you make are updated live to
all the clients sharing that library. It's fantastic. Full review
soon.
