Fw: Anyone got the remote control codes for a Velux Electric blind ?

I was loathe to unpack it all until I tested the concept before
install,
so if it's not suitable i could send it back. I reluctantly went to open
the remote control and then realised it doesn't appear to be IR at all -
must be RF !

Now, that's a whole new bag of worms as if I want to centrally control it,
then I need to hard wire comfort to the 4 buttons (I want to get another
for the 2nd window if this works). No problem on Comfort side, but I have
no idea how tricky it will be to solder on the wire inside the remote
control by hacking it.

All this for some electric blackout blinds ! It's the only decent solution
that was potentially out there.

Sent this yesterday, but seems to have got lost somewhere - apologies if
repeated:

Gareth

Not sure if they're the blinds are the same as the windows but there is a
security code you set in the remote control for the windows that makes the
IR codes unique to your installation. I had to learn them all
individually
to control my windows.

Pete
