Ummm - That may just work for the 2Ch zones.

You are saying connect Sky 2Ch output to one of the Sonos zones line in and
AppleTV 2Ch output to another Sonos zone line in.

I suppose this means Sonos can act as a matrix switcher for 2Ch audio.
