Probably a little out of your price range but Bulgin do some very nice IP68
sealed connectors that have a screwed ring that offers a nice secure
connection.



I have these myself on industrial equipment that I build and design.

With a growing number of connectors in use for USB, I wonder what opinions
Home Automators have on which should be used for HA equipment, sensor
units,
USB to RS232 convertors and the like.
