It's incredulous that a company like Clipsal/Schneider can release the
Wiser with those appalling / incomplete setup instructions included.  I
shared your frustrations for many hours getting mine going.

I see you've found the thread on the C-Bus forum and I've also copied
you an email that I sent to Ben  when he too was having exactly the same
problems.   I know he eventually got his going but I'm not sure if my
email assisted in that - let me know if it does.

I'm sure your current issue is getting the PICED download to work but
strangely that part worked smoothly for me so I'm not sure what to
suggest....  once mine worked I just heaved a sigh of relief and assumed
it was just me being previously stupid....
