Cheap Video Scaler/Hub

I=92ve ordered one of these tonight, I was looking for something to
embed
toslink in hdmi, cheapest I found was =A3150 to do this, until I saw this

Its a clone of a DVDO VP20, as a scaler it has some limitations but as a
hu=

and with the test patterns in it its got to be worth 90 quid. I believe
Vehda have gone out of business but they were licensed to make these by
DVDO.
