OT : Non-EU drives from scan.co.uk - acceptable ?

  • Subject: OT : Non-EU drives from scan.co.uk - acceptable ?

I've ordered some drives - and 2 out of 3 come up as "Out Of
Region" and
with no warranty on Western Digital's support site. The third is fine and
has a 3 year warranty

I've not opened the anti-static seals neither.

Regardless of where scan.co.uk got them from, I don't feel comfortable
accepting these drives. Relying on scan for a 3 year warranty, when their
site says a 3 year manufacturer warranty , seems a little off. Would these
goods be considered unacceptable goods ?
