Cloud backup/archiving?

I'm looking at using some form of cloud backup for my HA PC and
servers - maybe a service like Jungle disk or simply using a prog like
goodsync in combination with Amazon S3 or Rackspace account. Seems
relatively cheap.

Not sure yet if I want to backup the whole OS - probably just critical data
so far. Some data is also on shared network drives, so those services that
don't allow mapped drives are out.

Anyone doing this? Any thoughts / pointers / recommendations?
