Interesting, esp. as I'd have trouble buying a solar panel that could
run
the thing for =A323, never mind the rest of the machine.
But judging by the comment "An earlier cheap laptop plan by the same
ministry came to nothing." and the OLPC projects inability to get the
price
down to near $100, I suspect this is all just hype. Sadly.
