So - I do need to investigate slightly more, as this could just be
coincidental, and perhaps some of these observations are due to other
factors, but:
* Downloads from websites running extremely slow (last night at
<0.5Mb/sec=
)
* get_iplayer downloads running at less than real-time (after an initial
high-speed burst)
* Frequent pausing on iplayer, and negotiation down to very low BW streams
I was previously with madasafish, and exceeded a BW cap whilst I was on a
biz trip which gave me a single bill of over 60GBP, and so decided to move
to an unlimited package. The O2 deal seemed very good. I am perhaps

to regret the move now, as I never had any issues with madasafish.
I will say there were some very good offers (free modem, cashback) on some
of the cashback sites for O2...
