They're both the origonal Thomson models, and both are installed in
"free
space" - i.e. have plenty of room all around them for ventilation. I
don't
know how hot they're getting, but since I've never noticed this, I think
that indicates that it isn't a problem... - I also don't ever seem to
notice
fan noise which again suggests they're running cool enough...
