Hi Paul,

This can happen when the upgrade has not worked properly. You'll find
you have codecs from one install, and software from another.. or even
components of both mixed. What you need to do is...

First, if you haven't already, install Fast Backup & Restore and backup
your settings.

Uninstall all the geovision software and delete the C:\GVxxx directory.

Re-install from scratch, then run the FBR backup file to restore settings.

It sounds like a pain, but Im pretty certain it'll fix your problem and
to be honest with FBR it's very easy.
