Cheap energy saving bulbs

Was with the wife today in Dunelm (trying not to look bored) when I
spotted a big pile of Osram energy saving bulbs. We use a few of these
in the outbuildings and for outside lights.
Anyway, they are selling bulbs at 99p each or 10 for a quid, I got 10
14w ones.
I've not looked around to see the cheapest price, this seemed pretty
good to me.
