#2. Not *entirely* clear what you're after here - MB Headers are typically
0.1 pitch headers - maybe a search on farnell/cpc/maplin/rs will turn up
what you want.  Might be easier to "shave" the insulation of
existing
connections, solder fly leads, and "roll your own"......depending
on what
your application is.
