I use smugmug (www.smugmug.com) it's not free, but *is* very very
good. Has
different levels depending on what you want to do with it (right up to
selling photos). The best gallerys out-of-the-box I've seen on any web
photo gallery [ no connection, just a customer ]
With dynamic IP addresses you can usually get around by using something
like
dyndns. You register an account with them (free, I think) -- something
like
http://brainsgallery.homeip.net
-- then with a bit of downloadable software
your PC re-registers it's IP address whenever it changes. Some DSL routers
include the functionality to do the update, so you dont even need you PC to
do the "notifying".
