We have had a few of these returned to us but I think it is a problem with
the users not understanding IR Codes more than the item failing.
We must have sold hundreds of these but must mention none of the items
given by the Gas companies have anything to do with us!
The gas companies gave out our 0800 number as a helpline number! bas****s
we only sell the things.....
