[OT] PC DVD Audio Cable with 2 input and 1 output - Help

I'm just building a new PC using an Asus P5Q motherboard - problem is
that I need to connect the audio out of 2 DVD players to the
motherboard and the P5Q seems to only have 1 audio connector for this
purpose.
As I will only ever be listening to one DVD player at a time, it looks
like I need to get hold of a cable with 1x4 pin MPC female at one end
and 2x at the other on tails long enough to conect to my 2 DVD players
(positioned one directly above the other).

Anyone know where I can get such a cable?

I've tried the usual people (Rapid, CPC, Farnell) but without success.
