Hi Mark,

As you've heard, not many people would recommend X10 if given the
opportunity to wire in a more modern technology. You may also want to look
at the Idratek products. These can support both the radial wired schemes
with per floor distribution units, or switching closer to the appliance or
load using single pattress mounting units.
