Mobo Recommendations

OK, I've ordered the SATA Icy Dock cages, now I need to source a mobo.

I want something with a bit of grunt, but not something that's going to be
expensive to run - are there any Core 2 Duos that are lower power?  Anyone
running Atom based server?

I need something with Gigabit Ethernet built in and 2, preferably 3 slots
for SATA cards. plus 4 SATA channels on board would be a bonus (I wont be
running a raid config). Most likey be installing Windows Home Server.
