I just put a Y-Cam Black (http://www.y-cam.com/) in a birdbox on
my house. They aren't specifically IP66 rated, but it is definitely
dry in the birdbox, and the unit seemed fairly well sealed. Quality
actually seems pretty good, and it has nightvision and 'email on
motion' built in - plus as it is wifi, you only need to run power to
it. It has been up for 6wks and been fine through some good
weather and some bad.

Now - having done this, my main problem is the lack of birds ;-)
Instead of nesting in my birdbox, they decided to use an uncovered
vent from an ensuite bathroom closeby...

They aren't cheap, though.
