Yes, that's why I pointed out the backups issue on my original email -
"What about backing up your email?". The guys on the IRC channel
found
several methods to backup GMail to your local machines.

Our business could work round that for a period.  However we couldn't be
without our Stock Control or EPoS system which is why they remain on our
own servers in house, backed-up on 3 systems.

We'd be in the dark, and none of the PCs would be going :)

Like I said in original email we have a 3G system in place for emergencys.
All this suits us, but not everyone I understand.
