Re: eBook Readers

Good point about the DRM,

When I was looking at eBooks, that was one thing that put me right off.

Sony has their own DRM, as well as several other manufactures. So if I
change make of eBook then the books for the old reader are useless unless I
keep within the same manufacturer (in theory)

So at the moment, unless there is a common format, I'm not interested.

Pity really, as the amount of books I have at home is really bugging my
other half and I am still buying more.

But one good thing about a nice solid paper based book - I don't cause
grie=
f
with it at airport security and I dont' have to shut it down during the
tak=
e
off and landing!

Please correct me about the DRM, I would love to at least give this tech a
go.

Cheers

Rich
