Just to be different :-) I'll make a recommendation for Be (
http://www.bethere.co.uk). Its LLU so
you need to be on one of exchanges
they've unbundled (their website will tell you).

I've only been a customer for 6 months (ex-Bulldog) but so far I'm quite
happy.
