I'd recommend ADSL24 personally - if you're exchange is enabled for
ADSL 2+ then you can get peak downloads of 10Gb/month and unlimited
off-peak downloads for =A314.99
If it isn't ADSL 2+ then you won't get the unlimited off-peak
downloads, but it's worth checking out their packages nonetheless.
When I moved here a year ago, I was getting terrible speeds with
Virgin ADSL - switched to ADSL24 and normally get the theoretical
maximum speed except when it's busy when it sometimes drops to about 4Mb/s
