I notice under section 1.1.1(b) of the sellers agreement in the
marketplace participation agreement that

1.1.1 you represent a warrant to prospective buyers that: (a) you are
the true owner of the item or are properly authorised to sell the item
by the true owner and are able to transfer good title to the item free
from any third party claims, liens or encumbrances; and (b) the
listing is accurate, current and complete and is not misleading or
otherwise deceptive;

Surely "listing" includes the price ?

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
