RE: good quality 19" rack screws?

No not quite - the ones I got the other day had a domed cup washer in
a solid metal and screw and washer where bright silver.

I ask as I've had problems with the plastic flat washers splitting if the
rack items are reasonably heavy and the screws need to be fairly tight.
Maybe The ones I have are just poor quality though?

Those 10/32 screws would be good for my edit desk I just imported from the
US though as the rack strips have this size tapped holes.
